UnEnchanted by Chanda Hahn Review *NON-SPOILER*

UnEnchanted by Chanda Hahn is about a girl named Mina Grime who has bad luck. Literal bad luck; nothing good ever happens to her. When she runs into an incident and gets popular, a family secret comes out.
I was really excited to read UnEnchanted, and I must say, I was disappointed. The book had such a good concept and I was so excited to find out what happens, but I couldn't go on. The writing style was terrible (Did the editors not edit the book before it was published?) and had bad grammar. I could have written a book with better grammar. Another thing was the fact that the book had so much cheese it was practically dripping out of my phone screen (I was reading an e-book version). The book was cheesy to put it lightly, and if you like cheese you would probably like this book a lot more than I did.
The cheesy-ness starts at the first page. A girl with a crappy life has a crush on the most popular boy in school. This popular boy just so happens to not realize how popular, hot, and cool he is. He's rich, has a good family name, and has a girlfriend who happens to be the most popular girl in school. And Mina, well Mina's average. Need I say more.
I got a little over one-hundred pages in UnEnchanted by Chanda Hahn and wanted to keep pushing on but I just couldn't. Now saying that I couldn't finish it means I won't rate it any more than one star. I'm sorry to say this and I hate not finishing books and rating them that low but I just had to. there may be a time where I'm craving cheese and this will the first book I go to and hopefully my thoughts will change.
